Collection and Storage of Personal Data ------------------------------------------ When using mydart, the following personal data is collected: - Name and email address during registration - Password (stored encrypted) - Training session data (throw data, metrics, timestamps) - Profile preferences (throwing arm, camera settings) - Technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) 3. Purpose of Data Processing ----------------------------- We process your personal data for the following purposes: - Provision and management of your user account - Execution and storage of throw analyses - Improvement of our service - Ensuring the security of our platform 4. Camera Usage --------------- mydart uses your device's camera for motion analysis. Camera images are processed exclusively locally in your browser - no video or image recordings are transmitted to our servers. Pose detection is performed client-side. Only calculated metric values (e.g., angles, scores) are stored. 5. Video Upload Feature ----------------------- mydart optionally offers the ability to upload recorded videos for analysis. With this feature, the video is temporarily uploaded to the servers of our service provider Bunny.net (bunny.net, Cesta komance 16, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia). Bunny.net is a European provider with data centers in the EU. The videos are used exclusively for calculating motion metrics and are automatically and permanently deleted after successful analysis. No permanent storage of video material takes place. Data processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 6. Server-Side Video Rendering ------------------------------ mydart optionally offers the ability to generate a video with overlay graphics (skeleton visualization, throw trajectories) from training sessions on the server. For this feature, the video recordings captured during the session as well as the associated motion data (pose landmarks, throw trajectory coordinates) are temporarily processed on our servers. The source video is either downloaded directly from Bunny.net servers or used from local storage. After the rendering is complete, the source video is automatically deleted. The rendered result video is stored at Bunny.net and can be downloaded or shared by the user. Storage persists as long as the associated training session exists and is permanently removed when the session or user account is deleted. Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), as the user must actively initiate the rendering. 7. Legal Basis -------------- The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) for the provision of the service and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) for optional features. 8. Data Retention ----------------- Your personal data is stored as long as your user account exists. After deletion of your account, all associated data including all training sessions and throw data will be permanently deleted. 9. Your Rights -------------- You have the following rights regarding your personal data: - Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) - Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) - Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) - Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) - Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) - Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) You can delete your user account and all associated data at any time via the profile page. 10. Cookies ----------- mydart uses only technically necessary cookies for session management and authentication. No tracking or marketing cookies are used. 11.
